Ben is a regular advocate on the North East circuit, also working on the Midlands and Northern circuits when required. He undertakes hearings in Chambers and open Court on Small Claims and Fast Track Matters, contractual disputes, mortgage and tenancy matters, insolvency and personal injury Stage 3 hearings and infant approvals.

Ben also appears in Fast Track travel illness and injury claims around the country.
